22, 2006 Dear Alan, How are you doing my friend and instructor? My
hiv/aids doctors, all want to thank you for caring and
becoming my friend and fitness instructor. I received the video,
cd, calendar and everything in the mail today, 5/23/06. I was so
happy and excited when I saw you on the video giving the workout.
I think it is good. My immune system got tired quick cause of the

after doing your video for a month, everyday. Everyone is asking

I
have just finished your Intermediate Step Workout, what a workout.
I love step workouts. I have been out of working out for about 10
years and am yearning for that fit body again. I used to be in the
gym 5 days a week, but life just seems to change. Now at 48, I am
finding that my whole body has gotten older, and my muscles have
gone on vacation. I've tried to do workouts on my own but it is
easy to lose motivation. Thank you so much for your motivation,
I'm feeling like I will get back to being hooked on being shape
again! At the advice of my doctor, I began weight training
to address newly diagnosed osteoporosis. As a novice weight lifter
with some concerns about my back and knees, I was very nervous about
injuries. Alan has carefully developed my abilities without causing
any strain or discomfort. Much to my own surprise, I am now really
enjoying my workouts with weights. I am very grateful to Alan for
his enthusiasm, knowledge and assistance. My name is Esther and I am starting to use your video BASIC WORKOUT every night, it is a great way to get in shape, I am sure. My husband Peter uses it with me too. It does not seem too hard to learn and it has a great catchy, danceable beat! Your positive enthusiastic attitude towards fitness keeps us going... Ester I am 150cm high and my weight is now about 48 kg. The story is that, in 2004 I suddenly started to gain weight more than usual, by the end of that year I hated myself so much that I thought I have to do something about it.
