Eat a wide variety of foods that will satisfy your hunger while at the same time not allowing you to take in extra calories that causes weight, inches, and body fat gains.

 

Fiber is the only ingredient in food that fills you up without giving you extra calories.

 

Label reading: When reading labels, you only need to know fiber and fat content or F&F.

 

Alan’s Golden Rule: Make sure that at least 75% of your food intake contains at least 3+ grams of fiber per serving and 4 or less grams of fat per serving.
