Alan
began his fitness experience at Virginia
Polytechnic Institute & State
University (Virginia Tech) in Blacksburg,
Virginia, while on a full football scholarship.
There he won the top award for being the strongest
on the team in weight lifting and endurance.
Upon receiving this
honor, Alan was then asked to help design the strength and conditioning
program for the incoming freshman football players. And the rest
is now ABSOLUTE BODY POWER!
